Question How can I pay for my order?

AnswerYou can use PayPal or Credit Card to pay for your order. We accept Credit Card through PayPal, NO PayPal account is required. Please choose “Don’t have a PayPal account?” upon checkout.

Question Do you ship internationally?

AnswerNo, we only accept orders from UK only at this moment.

Question How long does shipping take?

AnswerFrom the time your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days processing your order plus 2-3 days to have it delivered to your address by Royal mail or Evri. Some destinations may expect a bit longer time for delivery. Except back-order items which normally take 1-2 weeks before order is dispatched.

Question Can i return the item for exchange or refund?

AnswerYes, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund for returned item within 14 days from the date of delivered, excluding delivery fees.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, in a saleable condition.

Question What should i do if the product is defective or damage upon arrival?

AnswerIf the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange courier to pick up and send you replacement at the time the product is returned.
